"Aspirin Tablet Man" Cecil Kaiser had a long career that took him all over the continent. In the Negro Leagues he played for both the Homestead Grays and the Crawfords. Here in Detroit he played for the Stars and the Motor City Giants. Among his countless teammates were Josh Gibson and Cool Papa Bell. We included a card of him in our potato chip product back in 2005. About that time I found out that he was still working at a printing plant about two miles from my home. I met him there a couple times, taking my young sons. He was very quiet but signed a few cards and a couple of these wooden signs. In return I gave him cards and a couple more signs. This is one of those! Cecil passed away back in 2011. About 24" wide.
