There are a great number of lesser-known Detroit Tiger players within the Oasis series. This is easily explained by the fact that the Helmar owner is a lifelong, unrepentant fan of the team. Scarcely known players include Del Gainer (#106), Ed Summers (#104), Elijah Jones (#103), Ralph Works (#105) and many others. Most cards of these little-known players can be found among the least expensive pieces in the series. The three most popular Tiger cards are those of Hall of Famers Ty Cobb (#89), Sam Crawford (#88) and Hughie Jennings (#109). Other cards of note include Bobby Veach (#294) and George Mullin (card #99).
